We regret to inform you that we experienced a hardware failure on 21st October 2022.
This affects one of our shared hosting cluster.
The incident took place on 21st October 2022 at 5:12 PM. Our engineers has done the disaster recovery restoration immediately, and the restoration was completed the next day on 22 October 2022, around 1:00 PM.
There is an expected one day of data loss for customers who are hosted in a server with an IP address 103.17.211.173
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we made adjustments necessary to improve our service.
