We would like to inform you that Onnet recently has implemented changes in the renewal policy and procedure for all our services. To give you better service and to reduce the renewal processing time, we have implemented an improved process for service renewal.

Effective immediately, Onnet would be no longer processing advance renewal. Therefore, Onnet encourage our customer to make service/domain renewal at least 1 week before expiry to ensure that your service and domain is in an active state. This is especially applied to a gTLD domain subscriber as the nature of the suspension of the domain is immediate for the gTLD domain.


We also strongly encourage the customer to make payment via the payment gateway integrated by logging in to the client care portal (https://clientcare.on.net.my). By doing this, your payment is instantly verified and your service will be renewed on-time.
