Incident Background

Today's incident inherit the same effect of what happened on last Friday. Monitoring suggest incident happened approximately on 10:55AM.


Summary

There is some inteference happened on the switch which caused by one of the virtualization cluster. it's causing a redirect internal loop and confuse the routing table to the switch ending up with unreachable access to our network.

This has been rectified by our network engineer and implemented a solution for this issue.

All service fully recovered on 12:36 PM.
